I yesterday booked a train ticket, a regional one within Sweden, Malmö-Gotenburg, with SJ (state owned train company) a smooth booking procedure. But what blew me away was today when I got the actual ticket to my cell, which a question if I wanted the ticket or if I wanted to make changes to it! And as much as I can tell completely automated!

That is cool - it is starting to become more common in New York that you get your concert tickets on your cellphone.
